For the difference of solubility and diffusion in the hollow fiber membrane, the penetration rates of mixed gas vary at traversing the polymer membrane, the product gas N2 is separated from compressed air. Nitrogen generator by membrane separation is based on above principle to produce high purity N2 from raw material of compressed air.

1. Listed data in this table is applied for the conditions that the pressure of import raw gas of membrane at 1.1 MPa (gauge), the pressure of export nitrogen ≤ 1.0 MPa (gauge), the purity at 98% for the benchmark;

2.Dimensions listed in this table includes air compressors;

3.The acceptable scope of export purity of N2 is from 95% to 99.9%;

4.The maximum pressure range of exports is acceptable in 7.6-12.3 MPa.
